- Complete and submit the Google Form.
- Provide the email address registered with your AuqaLife account.
- We may verify your identity. Never share your password.
What data will be deleted?
After verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data, where applicable, including profile information, farm and pond records, and other user-generated records linked to your account.
What data may be retained?
Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal disputes. Such information will be retained only for the applicable period and then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Deletion timeframe
We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. We will communicate with you if additional verification or time is required.
